Our staff at Venture Contracting Ltd / LeakFix Ltd are certified applicators of various waterproofing / water-stop products supplied by Demden Limited. 

 
Xypex Concentrate :
• Permanent Crystalline waterproofing – Impermeable
• Increases concrete durability & service life
• Self-Healing cracks up to 0.4mm in width
• Permanent – Xypex is present and active for the life of the concrete • Resists extreme Hydrostatic pressure
• Resistant to aggressive chemicals
• Protection in Marine Environments
• Very cost effective compared to membrane systems
Xypex Gamma Cure : 
May be used as an alternative to water curing for certain Xypex applications. It is also used to accelerate the Xypex Crystallization Process. Acts as an evaporation retardant by retaining the maximum amount of moisture in the Xypex coating.  It also provides a catalyst for the reaction with the Xypex crystalline waterproofing treatment. It is a self-dissipating (2 - 3 days) and non-film-forming product.

What you can see in these pictures :
  • Concrete blocks that are showing moisture ingress at the bottom - we can stop that happening for you with Xypex Concentrate (waterproofing by crystallization) System with Xypex Gamma Cure misting. 
  • Efflorescence showing moisture ingress on block walls - this can again be resolved by use of the Xypex Concentrate System. 
  • Kuniseal application to concrete substrates ie : tilt slab panels, joints of new and old concrete, new to new concrete.  This is a water-stop product and has a Xypex Concentrate slurry cover prior to the concrete being poured.
